Jared Tangney is a bioengineer by training, with a passion for commercializing new and innovative health and wellness technologies. He received his Ph.D. in Bioengineering from UCSD, and was also a Business Technology Fellow at the Jacobs School of Engineering. Jared is an expert at visualizing new product concepts and seeing them through to design and manufacturing. He currently serves as Co-founder and CEO at Electrozyme, where he leads a world class team in the development of novel wearable biosensors for medical and wellness applications. When he’s not in the office, you will most likely find him surfing, riding his bike, on the golf course, or with his family.
